BEWARE: Progressive Closing & Escrow

Here is another one that says they've sent the check and it has never arrived! Progressive Closing & Escrow in Valley Stream, NY. They have owed me money since May '07. They told me they sent the check on July 17th '07 but it never arrived. I spoke with Julian in accounts payable and he told me that it was mailed-- when I called to say I never received it, they put me in voice mail. He will not speak to me now. I have called the broker. He wasn't happy that I was not paid.
