Be Careful -- Progressive Closing and Escrow will not pay

This company has been very dishonest regarding a past due invoice. I tried to be patient with them but I must say that now I have proof that they are simply lying to me regarding a small invoice. I will soon have to start collection proceedings against them. Just be careful when you accept an assignment from them. It has been over 60 days for me and they simply lie regarding their receipt of my invoice. It is a shame to see them act like this but I guess it happens. I have had some slow pays in the past but this might be one of the most blatant cases of lies and more lies.
