Bounced Checks and Past due payments

We are currently in the midst of re-evaluating our finances and implementing a plan to pay all of our creditors. Your patience in this matter would be greatly appreciated. We intend to pay each and everyone of our creditors in full as quickly as possible.

We as a company are going through hard times, and working hard everyday to clear up all our debt. LDSS no longer cuts checks to our notaries, we only cut money orders as of 6/25/07. We now have a new accountant on board and we are working to correct this problem together. We are paying the oldest invoices first and forward, and keeping the current invoices paid.

If you have had a check bounce please email Jenna @ [e-mail address], she will work with you to correct this.. sorry for all the inconviences.

signing services listed as individuals

I have to wonder how many services are listed on these sites under individual names rather than disclosing that they are a signing service. I know of several and this appears to be another one.

No problem with a signing agent who owns a signing service as well being listed as individuals, as long as they are acting as a signing agent with the companies who call them from their individual listing.

I have an individual listing, and if a company calls me from my listing here and I am not able to do the signing personally then I will recommend someone. I don't even mention I have a signing service.

Actually on my listing I have "No mobile notary work at the moment due to health".
I do object to those who are listed individually and when called accept a signing only to farm it out.

I do the same, I work as an individual, and when I registered on this site 4 years ago I did not own a signing service, I only worked as an individual. and still do...

When they call me Shawna I do work only as Shawna and don't annonce that I own a company, When they call LDSS, I hire outside the company..

Sorry if you have a problem with that, but there is no work in California for the customers I deal with and so I look to other companies for that work....

Shawna...perhaps you shouldnt of been so eager to buy a bigger house and have your family quit their jobs to work for you....or should I say collect a paycheck from you....LDSS was once a great company...what a shame!
