Company Ratings - Add a Company is Now On-line
Great news! You may now add companies to the Signing Service Listing under the Signing Central tab. The process only takes a few minutes and, once a company has been added, it is immediately available for ratings, notes, order tracking and invoicing.
If you have not visited this area in a while, I strongly encourage you to check it out. We've improved the ratings system substantially and there will be more to follow, including an easier method for tracking your signings and creating invoices.

A reverse phone number lookup utility to identify agencies and titles. Enter the phone number of a missed call, and we'll attempt to identify the caller. If we can get enough participation in the ratings system, this information could also feed into a business intelligence field guide. That would be a report premier members could print monthly containing a variety of helpful information, including a list of rated companies sorted by phone number. Having such a guide could be invaluable in combating no-pay and slow-pay companies.
Here's the scenario: Your cell phone rings and you answer it. "Yeah, this is Bob with @^^&$@#%^Signings. Are you available tonight at 7 for a single?" (Sometimes some of these companies have a tendency to slur their introductions or maybe change their names slightly.) "Please hang on a sec while I check my availability..." You check your NotRot guide. 2 star company with a number of recent negative comments. You're now in a much better position to negotiate with Bob.
Other things that could be included in this guide:
Rescission Calendar
Your Contact List
New Companies
New Competitors
ZIP Codes in Your Area and Distance (CAT Report)
Again, we'll have to get some participation before we release anything like this.
