If they are typed on document, I include them. Like the signature page of the deed of trust, their name is "usually" typed under the line they are to sign on. If it has Jr or III typed under it, I have them sign exactly as typed.

I have had EO's tell me that Jr.'s, Sr.'s and II are to be included if it is on their picture ID's. When initialing a doc, it should be done as JQP, SR. If BO's name on docs does not have Jr., SR., etc., then it needs to be included on the Signature Name Affidavit as an AKA

I have always been instructed that if they are signing with it then they must also include in initials.
