Dynamic Docs is a web site. The SS should issue you a user name and password to logon and download your docs. It's no big deal. Most of the time the SS ends up sending them to you vie E-mail anyway. But, if they don't, just follow the directions from the SS and login and download the docs.

You don't have to worry about it until you get an order using Dynamic Dox. If you're having trouble with a current order, here are the instructions that are sent with orders (there's a phone # at the bottom):
To access the website, open a new browser window and navigate to
http://www.dynamicdox.com. Click Member Login, enter the User ID and
Temporary Password given above, and click the Submit button. After
successfully logging in, you will be prompted to change the temporary
password to a password that only you will know.
DynamicDox allows you to print your loan package in compliant format using
Direct Print, which will send the loan package directly to your printer.
Additionally,
you can preview your package online using Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you
must have installed on your computer. If you do not have Acrobat Reader
installed
on your computer or want to update to the latest version, please visit
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and follow the
instructions given there.
