  A word of caution with Equity National (RI).  If you do a lot of work with them and are on their "autopay" system, and the loan does not fund, your check has to be manually entered into the system for payment.  I just went through this with Equity on a loan that the borrowers rescinded.  Julie in their Vendor Relations, did what needed to be done, but if you aren't paid in a timely manner, you may want to call to see if you fell through the "autopay" crack.
  Even with this minor glitch, they're still a great company to work with/for.

  Kathy, I already did once before and then I went back in and the same comment comes up that I had put in there before.  I wonder if you can add another comment or is one all you get.  Whatever the case, I added to the comment I had already done.
