Dawn E. Wagner- Williamsville, NY also w/ Title Company w/ name of Epic Equity Services.

She is a No Pay Company!!!! Beware of these company names associated w/ her.

I can not find the Company listed, but I have tried to add it myself and it tells me that they are alread in the database.

I can't seem to find it on there list.

She is listed if you go to find a notary and type in her Zip code, her business name and information come up but that is about it.

Any ideas?

Linking

Lisa/Lori, I tried to link this one too, nothing came up. Just a fyi, anyone can start the link,
you just need to be logged in. The more links the more accurate signing central will become.
Also the commment section, if everyone took the time to list their comments it would put some of these deadbeat companies out of business. When I look at the star system it just isn't enough information or might be outdated..comments/links are all dated. Thanks Harry!

I'll agree; ignores phone calls (or "gosh, I'll have to check to see why that hasn't been cashed" responses when you catch her!). Even CFacts and SOX paid faster!

I have also experienced a "no pay" problem with this company. They do not return my phone calls. They are connected to Epic Equity Services at 5820 Main St., Buffalo, NY 716-204-0678. I suggest that you do not do business with them.

Dawn Wagner paid me immediately

When I called her and told her I had an unpaid invoice. It was from May. I called Sept 14th, faxed her another invoice at her request and she sent a check out the same day.
