  Fees
Hi I have just recently started reading forum. It is great and I have learned a lot.
I see a lot of postings about being underpaid for our services. Who does't agree with that?
Since I am real new to reading this forum(not new to Notary Rotary) has their been any discussion on what fees we should be charging?
Please point me in the right direction or a previous message number? I am not trying to steal business but i would like to chime in on fees but can't seem to get a clear direction as to what is fair and reasonable.'

  Thanks

Whatever you can get away with. This is a toughie - you wan
want to keep them up so that basically you are not the lowballers choice, thereby removing yourself from the good graces of your fellow notarys, but what fig. is that? Seems no one wants to tell - even an undercut of $5 can make a lot of difference these days. You must decide what you can do this business for to make a profit. There are a multitude of expenses to consider as well. Use the search button and you will find enough info to keep you busy and off the streets for quite a while, thus allowing others to breathe easier that there is one less to contend with. Otherwise you will be singing 'Another one bites the dust....'

HUMBUG I'm not talking about fees or suggesting anything to anyone new after being pilloried a few times. Figure it out your self. Since its never been discussed here I guess the orange search button would be worthless.

She can charge a lot, Charles, as she does electronic notarizations.

  Be nice guys
We're always telling people to read past messages to get the info they're looking for. So when somebody asks if anyone can point her to some past messages to get the info she's looking for, shouldn't we be grateful? I haven't done a search, but I'd imagine "fees" as a keyword is going to bring up a zillion posts, makes sense to me to ask if anyone could narrow it down a bit.
