Firma Signing Short Pay

After reading about Firma Signing Solutions I agree with everything that was said. I was on the road handling a signing when Firma Signing called me, not being around a computer I accepted the job for 85.00 very close to home. I received my check about 45 days and guess what, it is 42.50 short, they only paid me half of what the confirmation said. No reasons nothing just a shorted check. Will have to call and see why.

With signing companies stretched to the limit right now, they will be pulling out all the stops.
Did you order say that if they rescind, you would only receive half. I saw this with US Certified Signers last week and they agreed to remove this clause.

Firma - No respect

A year or so ago, they called me for a last minutes signing. It was like an hour before the appointment, but docs weren't ready and 35 minutes drive one way. I quoted my fee and told the guy that I will make it on time even if they send the docs 15 minutes before the appt. While his database probably show how far I was from the borrowers, he asked why I charge so much if I'm that close.

I told him the power of a mobile office. He couldn't meet my fee, but also added that the MO was just a convenience needed for me to get the job done, that's why he called. As soon as I hung up with the guy, I went to my dbase and move their name to the $h!t list for having no respect to the value I/we put into our work.

Firma called me when I was driving to a closing. She told me $85.00 for the signing. A single refy, very close to home, overnight. I got a pkg. 1st and 2nd that would choke a pithon (sp?)!! Called her to tell her the situation, she said, "Oh! We pay more for 1st and 2nd's, I'll look into it. When she did she saw that I agreed to the price and would not budge. Last time I'll work for her. What goes around comes around.
