Has anybody done any closings for First National Closing Agents? I did 4 signings for them over two months ago and still havn't gotten paid!! I am fairly new to this..is there any other companies that I should stay away from? Thanks so much for any suggestions!!

Unfortuately there are a few companies that do not pay Notaries. The best thing to do before you accept an assignment is to do a search on here using the orange search button, type in the company name and see if there are any negative reviews. Also, you could subscribe to Notary Beware.

I had numerous problems collecting from these deadbeats also.Filed a complaint with the BBB. That helped a little. Got paid a month after that.5 months total. Poor communication.

I am still trying to get my money from a signing done on May 11th. When you call, they state that they won't even respond to questions about payment. I emailed and they don't respond to that either. I will be calling the loan officer and title company to see if I can get some help there.

Why not use the Signing Central tab on this site and look up the information and add your information to it so that we all can see who is paying or not? This would be a good way to support this site.
