Founder's Lending/Jim Rush, Grand Rapids, MI
Anyone have any any information/experience about this broker/company? He owes me and a search here yielded nada dang thing. (I have his address and phone numbers, but he is not returning calls.) I'd love to have another contact if someone has one.

When I looked on the State of MI website to see if he had a license number, that name didn't come up in the search (I tried Jim Rush & James Rush).
You could try calling OFIS (Office of Financial & Insurance Services, Consumers Finance Division) at 1-877-999-6442, and see if they can help you, or steer you to someone who can.

Was there any information on the CO that you could google? Personally, I would make a nicey call to the TC and tell them that you have misplaced his number. If you don't get his number, you know something might be up.

Thanks, Sylvia. I don't know how you found that out, I never got much of anything when I googled.
