Has anyone heard of this person?

Hello to all, hope everyone is doing great!
I got a message form Cindy McCormick asking to join the network (Congoo) for referrals in the mortgage/notary industry. Has anyone received something similar and if so, is it a legit source? I take it she got my email from notaryrotary.

It is for Mobile Notary Network part of Ning. If you go to Ning and then search the word notary there you will find MNN and more.
