How do you handle Not Rot syber-stalkers?

I called someone a chicken a couple of days ago, and now she won't stop emailing me with her infantile insults.
If any of you have been cyber-stalked or harrassed, how do you handle it?

I block their e-mails. Plus would e-mail abuse@ her ISP and complain.

cyberstalking is a crime. You can report to local authorities hers or yours.

Is she anywhere near you? If so, let the authorities know that as well.

Yes, she is, Christi, can't believe it anymore than I can believe she'd post what she did and not wanting to hear about it from others.
Yeah, my response was meant to be cutsie, kinda kidding her that she'd run off mad w/o wanting to listen to the (justified) responses.
I had no idea she'd come unglued...and send me nasty emails...I am not going to feed her sickness by responding to her.
