I need help from a Florida Notary!
Didn't realize the quit claim deed was for a property in Florida. Searched for first part of answer and found it, just need help with the form. It makes no sense! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Second page of deed there is a place for 2 Witness Signatures and aknowledgment. Where does the grantor sign????? I'm I missing something here? TIA!

Fax it to me ...
... since I can't see it from here. 206-666-1832
I have never seen a deed that the grantor doesn't sign!

Re: A northern Washington fax # in Florida
K7 is one of my backup fax numbers. Since it is late a night, I don't need the phone ringing and waking up the family.

Per our phone conversation, on the second page, the line ending in "L.S." (which means 'logus sigilli' , Latin for 'place of seal', is often used at the end of signature line. That's where the grantor would need to sign.
For a deed to record in Florida, the grantor's name must also be printed beneath their signature as well as their address. The witnesses names must also be printed beneath their signatures.
