  Is this a joke?
I just got called from Precision Closings to do a 1st and 2nd closing for $40 with O/N docs. Do you think someone is actually accepting these fees?

  Wow, That is sad...
Sad, but someone is probably going to do it for that low fee...

Well, you would hope not, but nothing would surprise me anymore. If they are, then they won't be in business long ...........

This is an example of someone who places little value on their time and talents. Must be geared to NNA "graduates."

So do you think their employer knows that they are using company time and money for their own business? Probably several hundred pages of documents....sounds unethical?

  Original mesage said O/N docs...
Not that it excuses the low-ball fee, but no one's stealing time and supplies from their employer on this one...

Well, get a load of this. I just had a conversation with a neighbor of mine who lives about two streets from me. When she went to refi her home, she requested me but they sent someone else. Now for the kicker - the notary told my friends that she was being paid $35.00 to do the closing and after this closing she was on her way to Eustis (which is about 25 more miles down the street AND she was from Ocala which is approx. 25 miles NORTH of me. So, I guess they are out there.
also, my friend told me that the notary made some mistakes and had to come back!!!!!!! DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
