LAND OPTIONS - no pay
I have tried calling Attorney Generals Office in Pa, they tell me they can not help me here. Any suggestions on getting to the heart of the matter. Will calling the insurance department or some other realty departmnt help? thanks! ps did search on words "collections" already!

If both you and the defendant are located in the same state..a small claims suit would seem to be in order. However, please be advised that even if you win..if they are insolvent you may not get paid.

I am looking into "theft by deception and theft of services" which seem to apply in this common wealth state ! Title 18 states under section 3926 (b) Diversion of services whereas they have control of monies received for settlement services and diverted right to their own pockets! Any comments?

They've always paid me without issue...
Granted, it was more than 30 days in one instance. How old are your invoices?

They are a corporation. I went to the Department of Corporations and looked them up. The Dept of Corporations list an address and provide a form to file a complaint on a corp. and one if the areas it states you can file the complaint on is non-payment for services rendered. I also sent a certified letter to John Franzos who is the president of the company. He didn't answer my letter so I called the office again and was finally put in touch with his voice mail. I told him that I had sent him a letter regarding non-payment and also told him that I was going to file a formal complaint with the Dept of corp of the State of Pennsylvania. Guess what - he called me and asked me to re-send my invoices - which I did then I followed up with an e-mail asking him if he got them. He responded that he did. I received my check about two weeks later - but I didn't draw on the money for about three weeks waiting to see if the check was going to be good.
