At the top of the home page. If there are signings available in your area, they appear there.

Ours must be a very slow or very popular area. The only time you see a job in that area is when there is one and if you don't generally response within a minute or two it is gone!
Thanks for your help.

Same here. If you don't get to the website instanly you miss it. You can call but here in NY if it's before 11 AM they aren't in the office yet. If you aren't right next to the comp. you'll miss it.

I have done 2 for them. Both in my town 2 minutes from home for the $50. The pkgs are small and quick. I refuse to take any others for the money they offer. It does say on Sign Stat that if you require more money to call them before you accept an assignment. I am going to try and see what happens next time. Also, both I did were on June 1st. Haven't been paid yet. 42 days.

The packages are small and quick. I cover Northern VT and they do pay for printing and also for travel time. They always pay for all signings in a month on the 15th of the following month. The check usually comes within a few days of the 15th.

Mortgage Docs is only a $50 company, $75 for e-docs. They're excellent if you're just getting started and you need the experience or if the signing is close to home. They used to do a lot of WAMU line of credits, which are only about 45 pages but I haven't seen much of them lately.

The best thing to do is to have the alerts sent to your cell phone. That way if you're in front of a computer you can respond quickly and if you're on the road you can give them a call.

I went back to my *Signed Up* file and see that I applied to them in 04, I've yet to get a call or if I did they didn't like my fee. I've re-filed and I see they still have me, since they replied with my mikkle int. which I din't use this time. I'm wondering if they do any business in the east at all.
