Need help contacting Notary Beware

I paid the $20 yearly fee July 3rd and still cannot log onto the website. I have emailed them 4 times asking for help with no response. Does anyone have a telephone number or another way to contact them other than the yahoo email address?

I had the same situation and they sent me an e-mail with the information to log in to my account. Eventually they'll get to you. Hopefully sooner than later.

I pulled the e-mails they sent me when I first joined a couple months ago - used that info for login and it's not recognizing it - so I e-mailed them again with problem - haven't heard yet.

Try using your email address as the user login and the password you set when you signed up.
I had the same problem as well.

Linda emailed me (finally) and gave me the following instructions:

Enter your email address as user
Put JUN into the password - after (if) you get in you can reset the password.

I don't know if this will work for everyone but you can try it.

I had the same problem a month ago. The instructions from Linda was to log on with my e-mail address and the password was my last name.
