Nexus Signing Solutions

I've done a few signings for this company and they pay pretty well and seem pretty sophisticated. However, I always have to stalk them for my payment and now they haven't paid on one file. Has anyone else had problems with them?

I have been waiting since May 19, but I call and e-mail every week. I have a promise for the end of the month - now I am wondering which month???

Oh yeah, I won't do them again, I did one 1st of june and I'm calling and faxing now for payment. the closing I did was a problem and it was a FHA doulbe the paperwork and they didn't tell. 1 set of doc'swas 196 pages and the 24page of title doc's, go figuer I quoted for a regular refi maybe 80 to 100 pages max , of course, I could not talk to anyone they don't have live people when you call back. and it was a weekend appt. I'm still trying to get pay, I did recieve a call from Dan 2 days later telling I would be payed. but I haven't yet.

this is a sham of a company. I did a signing for them in may and they have not paid me not will retern calls , or answer emails. I like to take them to small claims court or get a group of notarys to take action together. according to the title company that I did the signing for-they no longer do busness with nexus. I bet the title company got tired of notarys calling them because nexus would not pay them for a job well done! I think we should get a list of nexus's clients/title contract and put them out of business by advising the title companys not to do business with them
