1) Link this discussion and 2) make comments in co. profile
Recently, this site was upgraded to allow forum discussions to be linked to the companies to which they are related, as the result of which they'll show up on the company's profile in Signing Central. As well, we can report our experiences in the company's profile via our ratings and members' comments. You'll need to log in to accomplish these tasks, just as you do to post. In these ways, anyone checking out a company will have easily retrievable information.
Instructions can be found in several places. Harry's introduction to these features is found at Message #196803.

Nexus Signing Solutions owes me for a closing on June 1st - they did pay me in the past. I just called - again - this morning and the number is disconnected.

Is not this the company that charged a fee to sign up with them?

NEXUS SIGNING - BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT OUTFIT
I, too, have about $800 outstanding with this company. I've already contacted title, lender and signors via certified mail and will file a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General for mortgage closing fraud and non payment as of 8/31, which is 90 days past due deadline for the last invoice. Collection agencies are useless against these deadbeat companies; but the various state's attorneys general are obligated to open a file, investigate, and return a report and decision. Go after them and shut them down. Of course, they will simply open a new company under another name, as they have already done at least twice. Dan and Dave Schmalz are the owners, brothers, I've heard. Their website is still up and running, but I've 'pulled their pants down' in front of every entity I can find on any paperwork I have on their orders, just because it felt good to do it. ;-)
