NorthStar Signing Service

I received a short notice signing request from NorthStar to complete an assignment in Albuquerque, NM. I was initially concerned because I had not previously heard of them, nor their record for timely payment.

I have over 20 years of real estate signings and closings experience which means I have had my share of DEAD BEAT signing services which come and go (and some are still out there).

My concern about NorthStar Signing Service was misplaced because they paid me *within the month*.

I would not hesitate to accept another signing assignment from them.

I have done a google search for this company and cannot come up with any contact info for them. Will you please direct me to a way of contact for them. I would like to sign up for them.

I had my first assignment with Northstar the beginning of this month. It turned out to be a no-sign. I was called again for the same borrower after a redraw and noted my policy for signings. I was paid full fee for both within the month. They're clear in my book.
