I broke up with them 6 months ago over $25 on a resign. I ended up with that (2nd trip) signing through another SS at a higher fee. Don't know what's it like now, but they did pay like clock work then every 30 days.

I don't know about that, I got a call from them last week. They offered me $100 for edocs 1st loan and $125 for edoc 1st and 2nd. I gave them my price and they said they would remove me from their list instead. Good bye!

It's comments like this that propogates the low ball signing companies. If what they offer meets your fee schedule, then say that. Please don't make a blanket statement. There are many companies that pay more than these people.

You must be one of those who gave in to their once upon a time $85 edocs or be removed from their database. This is one of the companies with an attitude at times think they own your business.

These people do pay quickly, no begging necessary. In 2006 I did quite abit for them, until I got an e-mail stating that due to Notaries not accepting their low ball fees, if you didn't accept their fees reply back and we'll remove you.I did.They wanted you to do a piggyback for next to nothing...Come 2007 they're calling me all the time and paying what I want....I guess it didn't work...keep at it!

They are a "signing company" so for a SS they do pay higher than most. It works for me because I don't travel more than 20 miles for the price they offer. And I like getting paid every 2 weeks.
