OT: Confessions of the computer-illiterate
I've been researching web hosting options and have googled until I now have a headache and am going to quit. I thought I'd pass on to you all the sum total of my learning, today: WYSINNWYG stands for "what you see is not necessarily what you get!"
Now that's an acronym-and-a-half!

Try Affordable Mulimedia... www.afmu.com .....
I only paid for a domain name and have free hosting for the life of my domain registered under them.
So far, I haven't had any problems. Their website is: http://www.afmu.com

Yahoo Business is another good one. They also have a web template application if you're not up to building your own site. They register the domain for free and its $12/month for the hosting less the first 3 months with 200GB of data transfer (Every time someone goes to your website every page and picture counts against the data transfer, if you go over there are fees attached so you want a high data transfer amount)

Thanks, Korey & Patricia, & others who have given
suggestions in previous posts. I definitely need something with a web site builder. There are so many options for web hosts out there it can make your eyes cross.

You must have a website!
The problem without having a website is the companies pass over loan signers without a site.
I can't guarantee that a website will get you work but the absence of a website in 2007 means you are clueless about business and are not a professional business person.
This isn't 1997 when almost no one had a business website except the largest companies in the U.S.
