OT Fairy Godmother of NSA's....

June EOM I swear she was sitting on my shoulder - EVERY call met my fee - EVERY set of docs came in HOURS early - EVERY borrower was easily reached and ready to go - even willing to go earlier since I had the docs. I thought I had died and gone to NSA heaven.....I didn't want to post that here because I didn't want to make others cry with jealousy.

BUT she obviously left me because this EOM was back to "normal" - lots of lowball fees, several cancelled, late docs, postponements....you know the drill.

So I'm wondering if she visited one of you this month - did she make someone else's EOM a most wonderful time?

My EOM Story....

...has to do with a single borrower who unintentionally started dating the documents for today (07/27/2007) instead of yesterday (07/26/2007) halfway through the signing last night. There were about 20 docs which required the borrower's signature plus the date & she did well for the 1st 12 she signed. Unfortunately for me (as I didn't catch her mid-package switcheroo until this AM) the last 8 docs, including the RTC, she dated for today. I had to make a run this AM to her place of work for corrections to be made before the package went out. Grrrrr!

I had a humdinger this month..docs arrive late...BO arrives late...BO on to phone to Broker 4-5 about (among other things) his relationship with his girlfriend...girlfriend calls...he talks with her for 5-10 minutes. All for $100?

I hate it when the BO takes phone calls while I'm sitting there waiting to finish the loan so I can get to my next assignment on time. Did one the other day the wife was a former SA and she knew the docs and just signed away after viewing the note for accuracy. Gotta love it when that happens.
