Should be a piece of cake. The only issue I have ever run into was a client who got confused because she didn't scroll down the Paypal webpage to find the "if I don't have a Paypal account" section. It's not immediately visible on the webpage screen, and you have to scroll down if you want to just use your credit card information. I now point this out to my customers so they don't keep trying to use the Paypal account section if they don't have a Paypal account. Paypal sends an email to you confirming receipt of payment as soon as it's processed, within minutes.

You will be charged fees to accept payments and PayPal limits the amount you can transfer from your PayPal account to your bank account. I have a premier business account and can only transfer up to $500 per month.
If you will be getting more than $500 per month from this company, you might want to look into the PayPal debit card.

thx ok, they stated that if I had direct deposit from paypal into my back there would be no charge?
If you use a paypal debit card... that means you have to spend it only in places that have paypal or is it like a reg debit card you can use anywhere?
thx much

Becca I have received many payments for different things via Paypal, I have never been charged a fee for accepting payments. BUT I do not have a business acount with them. My husband, who did have a business account, was charged fees when accepting payments.

I have a personal paypal account, and have been charged fees for accepting payments, although not for making payments. My husband just set up a business acount with paypal, and the fees he will be charged are actually LESS than those charged on a personal account.
I have my account set up to automatically debit my bank account for the fees, if any, for that particular month.

PayPal don't charge a fee if you're paid (money transfer directly) from the payer bank account. There is a fee if you're paid by credit card.

If you have a business account, you're charged regardless; a personal account allows free paypal transfers, but still charges you for credit card payments. The fees for credit card payments are less if you have a business account (something like 2.9% compared to 4.9% for the personal account). So... the determination as to which account is best for you will depend on the volume of credit card (or debit card) payments you anticipate.
