PA Settlement Services-BAD

Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up.

I did a closing for PA Settlement Services on March 22nd and they still haven't paid me! I thought they were one of the good companies. I wonder how they would feel if they didn't get paid for the hours they put into the same loan...

Does anyone have the name of a good collection company?

Any suggestions would be very helpful.

I had problems with them in the past. Go to the lender to warn them that you will not do closings for them if they use PA Settlement.

They used to be a great company but I stopped doing business with them over a year ago because of the problems trying to get paid. At least you are in the same state as PA Settlement so I am sure you will get paid eventually. Kandi was the manager and probably still is so you might want to talk to her. Good luck.

Since you are both in PA, why worry about a collection company - go to the magistrate - best collection 'company' out there when you don't have to cross state lines

That is why I did not have to go to the magistrate. I am sure the TC knew that it would be very easy for me to go that route and then they would also have to pay the filing fees, etc.
