Premier Document service

I closed a loan for them on May 25 and haven't been paid. Called today they said it would be another couple of months. Be leary of working for them. This was the first closing I completed and already they are months behind in paying closing agents.

In the past they paid at 30 days last one I did was over sixty and a couple of calls
but I did get paid.

Actually, Zee is officially on my staff of busybodies who make it their business to butt in on every thread. There was a time I could do it all myself, but lately, with so many Short-Name-for-Richards-with-ears flying by I needed a little help.

sucking up the bottom of the swamp now and then to come on this site and attack one of our elder statesmen. Jeez, the ignorance and arrogance of some people is just incredible. I am sure that Jimbro will be another asset to this profession grabbing all the $45 signings he can get and be happy as a pig in sh*t to get them.

it seems to me all our elder statesmen in here do is attack attack attack. I don't even ask things in here because I am sure all the elder statesman club will attack me. So I think you should re think your attack on the people who are sick of hearing nothing but put downs from the elder statemans in here. because to me the ignorance and arrogance of some people
is just incredible is just unreal. This site is to help one another, not attack everyone we rudeness. But enless you are part of the click you get attacked. I do want to thank the people who are nice and just help out with all the questions. But please why do you have to say anything if its not nice. Remeber the saying If you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything.

Most of the "elder statesmen" in here post to help. Jimbro is not an "elder statesman" he took it upon himself to attack Zee for letting Ilene know she should set the terms of when she expects pay. His message was meant to "attack" and he needed to be called on it, which is why I told him if he had nothing constructive to say then he should sit on his hands.

I performed a signing for Premier on April 25th and I have not received payment either, along with a lot of other folks. Just hit the Orange button. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am also sending them a demand letter via Prepaid Legal. I will never work for them again.

Is this Premier Document Solutions in Placentia, CA?

If so, it took me 60+ days and a complaint to the BBB to collect. Sounds like they're slipping deeper into a hole. Stay on them - they will pay eventually, but don't hold your breath.

I did a signing for them in feb and it took them 4 months to pay me. They paid me after I sent 2 collection letters that I was able to copy off the NNA website. But, I really think that they paid me even faster after I started blowing up the title companies escrow officers phone. They certainly do not want to lose their contract with them. So if you are having difficulities getting paid call the title company on their work order. I am sure you will get results much faster that way. And never take a job from them again!
