Questions answered regarding XP Doc Services...

XP Doc owed me $xx.xx from a signing in April. I just received a $10.00 check with a letter for my, from the letter... "outstanding Purchase Order that you currently have with us to cover the expense of doing the signing"...They have closed their doors due to losing Ditech. They say they will be trying to restructure,keeping records and hope to be able to come back and pay the remainder of funds owed. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Never thought they would do something like this.

I am so sad for them. I talked to Tammy a while back, and she said she was very scared. She did not want to lower the price that she pays the notaries, so she was unable to bid as low as other companies who did lower what they pay. I think the Bible says somewhere that "A rightous man will swear to his own hurt, and will not repent". XP doc gave me a ton of work these past few years. For a while, they gave me more work per month than anyone else.

Yes she is nice, but I don't work for free...

They owe me also, and I haven't heard anything from them. I did email them asking for a reply, but of course haven't heard a thing. Any suggestions? You call their number and you just get a recording. At least someone got $10. That would buy 2 gallons of gas!!!!!!!!!!!
