Anyone else have a problem with Pinnacle? I am still trying to get them to pay me for a signing I did on 3/25/07.

They haven't paid me for one I did 3/12. They had all the info come to me from Phuong Do @ lending connection and when I contacted her for the payment (since Pinnacle wouldn't respond) she ignored me the same as they did. I did the search in March but they didn't come up as being one of the "no pay - low pay - rotten cheating company that they are" so I took the assignment. I was told by a Maine attorney that the Attorney General of some states are interested in info on companies that are "problems" since there has been a lot of attention on predatory lending and they do have the right to impact a companies license and ability to conduct business in their state. I would think that since the docs came from Lending Connection and were returned to them they would be just as responsible for payment as Pinnacle.

I have worked for Pinnacle and had no problem with payment. Did you talk to Velvet? she seemed to be running the office a few months ago. Try sending a demand letter.

I've sent so many "Demand" letters to them AND The Lending Connection that I think they would have enough by now to wallpaper one of the walls in their office.

Thanks for all the responses. This is Pinnacle in Costa Mesa, CA, and the docs from Lisa Vang at The Lending Connection. My experience has been similar to Tess's. I will follow up with the Banking and Insurance dept here in Vermont and see if they are able to take any action. meanwhile, I've added them to my SOX list.

If it is the one in San Clemente, CA they do pay EVENTUALLY!
But, I had to physically go to their office and knock on their door first.

  Re: Real Pinnacle address
Anyone have an address for them? I've done a few in the past & always gotten paid, but I have one lingering from Mar/April & dont' seem to have an address on file for them. They conveniently left it off their confirmation. PM or email me if you don't want to post publicly.

  Re: Pinnacle
First closing took 68 days to get paid, second took 72 days.

  Re: Pinnacle
I received a check today, 7/7/07, from Pinnacle Real Estate in San Juan Capistrano, for signing I did on 3/25/07. When I called them again, last Monday, I said that I would be in CA this month and planned to call on them in person and follow up with the local DA/fraud squad if I had not received paymnet. I will not work for them again.
This was CW/The Lending Connection, Inc.
I have had a problem collecting only seldom (except for SOX), but the few that have been very slow mostly seem to be CW loans.
