You must have gotten their e-mail too. I have done a few for them in the past, I don't recall any issues but according to them the packages are excessively large so I will price accordingly.

I think I did one for them thru a signing service last year and if it is the same company, their package is very large. Single refi and there were over 170 pages. You might want to ask

He did say they are large packages 150-180 pages.

I have done a lot for this company. I did those loans through another title company at one time, always got my fee, then they got their own title company (Royal Settlement Services) and I continued to get my fee from them (they always paid what I invoiced, which was not low by any means). They always paid on time as well. Good company to work with.
