THIS HAS BEEN A VERY SLOW MONTH, IS THIS NORMAL FOR JULY, OR

This is the worst month I have had. It started the week of the 4th, and has not picked up. Not only that, everyone is slower paying me. I hardly got any checks the first week?

I'M HOPING VACATIONS HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT AND THINGS P/U,
I PLANNED ON TAKING NEXT WEEK OFF, BUT I'VE ONLY DONE 2 CLOSINGS
ALL MONTH. COUNTRYWIDE IS ONE OF MY LARGE COMPANIES AND THEY
HAVE NOT HAD ONE

Oh, they (Countrywide) has probably had some loans close, it could be that they found someone to do them for $45/email docs. What a shame

Im in VA and I have only had one closing this month. I had two other companies call me but one had a 1st and 2nd package with travel over 40 miles roundtrip and only wanted to pay me $50. I passed on that. Then another company called that had docs overnighted to borrower and they wanted me to be at the borrowers house in 10 mins (they were a good 25 miles one way) battling friday traffic on I95S for $45. Argh...I passed as well.

Toni, where are you in VA?
I have been crazy last month and this month. about 40 last month and so far have 18 done this month....my end of month usually average 10-12 just that last week....
I wish I could share with you all........are any of you near me in Virginia Beach/Chesapeake?
