This people are too much! Called me to do a C/W, not a F/S I'm told, so only a few faxbacks....Turns out only a few to them is 41 pages.Asked for and got an additional fee for this, but the woman says" I don't see why you want $ 25.00 to push your fax button".I don't see why you're crying about an additional $25.00 when the HUD shows you're charging the borrowers $450.00 for "closing".Well, we'll take you out of our database for C/W loans then. PLEASE DO!!

They way they interact with notaries now is sickening. Last time they called I quoted a reasonable fee and they basically told me how ignorant and stupid I am. I hung up. Thereafter they called me twice more (same person) and kept up the abusive commentary. Finally I told them I was calling the police if they didn't stop the harrassment.

They just sent me a email, saying this is their second notice, if I don't get the background check, they can't use me anymore. They are the only ones who have asked and they just aren't worth doing it for...
Of course when I finally do get it, I will use NotRot.

I gouged, they didn't cry
Did my very first for them last couple weeks when they needed a Vietnamese speaking notary, me. Glad I gouged them 2$$ b/c the fax back was horrendous after the fact.

Ah yes, Service Link...the first time I told an SS to go find themselves another notary after wasting much time and money running around due to their miscommunications with EVERYBODY.

Servicelink wouldn't pay me extra for faxbacks.
I take a lot of closings for them. They are the only ones that call me so often. If I had others I would dump Servicestink.

The first time they called me it was for a refi 30 miles away (one way) & wanted to pay me $65. I told her what my normal fee was and she laughed and said that there are plenty of notaries out there and they would do it for $65, I politely said go find 'em. They called 4 more times since then with the same low ball $$.
