Sign on the X (SOX) Signing Agency

After I agreed to a signing offered by SOX I remembered all of the negative comments about them on several websites. When I e-mailed them, after receiving a confirmation, I expressed my concern regarding non-payment for notary services performed. I received a reply. They said they would find another notary to do the signing (thank goodness!!) and the majority of the comments made by NSA's about not getting paid is that the NSA's didn't follow instructions and/or failed to submit a proper invoice. In other words, the 100+ complaints made about SOX is not the fault of SOX but of the NSA's. Wow, talk about being in denial for failing to pay signing agents for their work. The person replying also said, and I quote, "I should not believe everything I read about SOX" unquote. Unless you like working for free, stay away from SOX and Signatures Plus who, I believe, are affilliated with each other in one way or another.
