Signing Registry Training Guide

Thank you (so much) to everyone who suggested to me to purchase the TSR guide. It has catapulted my ability to make sense of some of the loan docs included in a loan package. It is a wealth of information and I LOVE IT. It is extremely user friendly and immaculately put together. A lot of work went into it, and I sooo appreciate it. (As if it were made with ME in mind! haha!) I have read it cover to cover a couple of times-testing myself on the content of what some of the docs contain. I know that there is nothing better than real raw experience, but I have to agree that the TSR guide is a great start! I'm recently commissioned, taken two signing courses and am trying to learn all I can possibly sponge up, but am also like a bull in a China shop and have a go-for-it attitude, however, I do know how important it is to NOT make mistakes in this industry-I've seen post after post over concerns of well-intentioned, but ill-fated mistakes new notaries make by leaping in head first in a business that can essentially ruin you before you really even get started, not to mention the unsuspecting borrower who undoubtedly has a lot to lose over someone's inexperience. Yup-I'm skeered, but just enough to really try and learn as much as I can before I give it a go. Although not exclusive to my training, the TSR guide certainly has clarified a few key points, and I am grateful for the reference to it. And I would recommend it to anyone who I see on here that seems to need some help.

Re: Advertsing?

I believe she is talking about the TSR she may have purchased from here.

Re: Advertsing?

I wouldn't call an unsolicted testimonial, advertising, unless the advertiser was somehow directly benefiting from the sale of the item.
