Slow month for Loan signings

Could this be the reason? http://ml-implode.com/imploded.html Other than the fact that there are 1,000's of NSA's in my County.

I have one Mortgage related assignment today only because the borrower (a client) told the bank not to send a Notary signing agent down from Orange County.

It's scary the lender names I recognize!

Many were lenders on loans I closed, which of course means they will no longer be generating loans that would need a Mobile Notary to close. I did 2 closings so far this month and thankfully have 3 more scheduled - one today and two tomorrow. Hopefully there will be a few more before EOM.
