Sox-Siging Central

Why does SOX have two stars with so many complaints? It should have a one of those no signs a zero with a slash through it, a big red X or a down arrow in red. Or expand the scale, 1 to 10 stars and give it only one star. Two out of four stars almost makes it seems like it is average.

The stars represent an average of the member ratings tied to SOX. If there aren't many ratings, a couple high ones would weigh heavily on the average. The more people take the time to rate, the more representative the average weighting will become.
