I worked for Dan once in 2005, except then it was called National Notary Agency. I received payment in less than 30 days. However, his deals (at least at that time) were Countrywide Full Spectrum with tons of faxbacks, split package, make copies for the spilt, wait for approval to ship, etc. Price yourself accordingly.
