This is so frustrating...

Here I sit waiting for docs for 3 signings tonight, not near each other, and the phone keeps ringing for more assignments at the same time as the ones I already have.
I don't understand why today is being called the last day to sign, when there are 31 days this month, making tomorrow the last day as I see it...

Sign today - rescission expires midnight Monday, 7/30, fund Tuesday, 7/31.

What Linda means is: This is the last day that a borrower can sign in this month, and still fund in this month. So you look ahead on your RTC calendar, and find the date where the last day to cancel that is still in this month, with one business day left in THIS month. Circle that day. Your month will get crazier and crazier with EOM being the craziest, then the next day will be slow again.
