US Closers in Lousville, KY G/B/U?

I did a search on this company but the info I found is inconclusive. Has anyone work for them in the last 2 months? What was your experience? How was payment? From the previous notes seems to be 2 locations or companies with the same name. I'm referring to the one in KY. Thanks in advance!

I've done several for them this month. Don't know yet about payment. Butthey are close enough to me that a face to face isn't out of the question should problems arise concerning payment. I will say they are very friendly and my gut feeling is they're ok. I'm doing a purchase closing for them tonight. Good luck.

Bigdog, I hope you have better luck getting paid then I did. 2 purchase signings and I had to back Mike and Trevor in a corner to get them to send me a check. It went as far as me calling Title Co. to get paid.

Well, I'm 6'3 240lbs., I think if I back them in a corner, money will come out fast and furious. And if I have to drive to Louisville, which I will, someones gonna pay for the trip and it ain't gonna be me.

Are you saying I'm large or something?? . I've got a purchase closing today and monday for them. So glad to know there are no issues with them. I've done quite a few for them this month. Normally I wouldn't take so many from a company I'm not familiar with, but they are in Kentucky. Have a great day.

THEY KEEP GIVING ME EXCUSES.

I was a little skeptical to work with this company due to the mixed reviews. I did a job for them in Sept 2007 and I received payment in 17 days. Their confirmation does say that you must go to their website and complete their closing confirmation in order to be paid. I did that and received my payment with no hassles.
