U.S. Certified Signers

Anybody worked for this company? They sent me into a kind of volatile situation...divorcing angry couple..without letting me know the situation so that I might have been better prepared.

Do you really believe SS's know the brw's situations?

I don't.
LO/broker, yes, usually.
TC's and Escrow agents, sometimes.
SS, rarely, if ever know what is going on with brw's unless the LO or TC has informed THEM.

Yes, they said they knew.

Re: Do you really believe SS's know the brw's situations?

Did you deal with Michael at US Certified Signors?
I've always found him to be on of the better SS companies out there. The lender and/or title company many have known, I believe that if Michael was aware, he would have told you.

I recall doing a "special circumstance" signing for him a while back, he let me know what to expect, and everything went fine.

That's surprising, I just worked for them and they were excellent
