United Notaries

This maybe old news but I have not been able to reach united notaries for payment. I talked to the title company and she said that the owner is now doing business as Dean or Deen Nortaries out of Colorado she gave me a number for him 303 261-1993 I did not get anywhere toward getting payment. He said that bankruptcy has not been filed yet but he anticipates that it will be filed. Does anyone know anything else or has anyone had luck getting payment?

There's something wrong with our BK system if a company can simply BK under one name and then open up a new business in the same field under a new name. Shameful!

Keith is now protecting himself under Solid Strategies Inc which was incorprated in Oregon in 1992. Solid Strategies is dba Dean Notaries and he has a website under construction under the UNAA (formerly Midwest notary asso.) Midwest has renamed themselves United Notary..... I am not sure how and if that figures into his antics. And it goes on and on.
I turned him over to collections. He's been saying he's going to file bankruptsy for quite awhile and hasn't. Perhaps if enough reports of delinquent accts are made to the 3 credit reporting agencies, he will have to address his problem of hit and run. You can't hide behind a maze of LLc's and Inc's forever. The paper trail is there

He still owes me $160.00 and refuses to pay. If I am ever in the Denver area I will visit Dean Notaries (AKA United Notaries) and have Keith Dean tell me face to face that he isn't going to pay me. He is lower than whale doodoo!!!!
I don't know why this web site continues to advertise for him. These people know from this forum that he has ripped off many hard working Notarys. I guess the money he has paid this site for a Premier listing is enough to overshadow their integrity.
Since I have criticized this site this is probably the last time you will hear from me.
