What's your opinion

Company wants me to do a Rev. Mort. thats fine but they want me to pay cost to overnight it back and bill them for it. Have never had a company want this. Just wondering on others thoughts.

If the company has good word of mouth and you have a copy of the receipt from the mailing I don't see why not. As long as they are good payers but usually they should take care of you.

I had it done a few months ago and since then FedEx sent me 5 bills even though I paid cash. FedEx could be a problem if you do not have an account with them. I will never do it again.

I have a couple of title companies that do that. I simply add it to my invoice and they pay it. Not a problem. As others have said, be sure you get their commitment in writing.

I also have a couple of companies that I do this for. I make sure the request is in writing on the conformation .
