When did Progressive Closing & Escrow become

a Sutton Alliance Company? I've been getting calls to do $75 Citi Helocs lately, and kept turning them down. They called today, and offered me one that was next door to my mom, so I agreed as I've been staying with her several days a week and I can walk next door for $75. Got the confirmation from Sutton Alliance and in an attachment there is a second confirmation that says Progressive Closing & Escrow a Sutton Alliance Company.

I signed up with them about 6 months ago and the Sutton Alliance website came up for me around that time. I found it strange as well but I filled out the online form anyway.

And they don't pay

It has been 60 days now and they will not pay me. They claimed that they did not receive the invoice that I faxed to them. Next, the problem was that it was not received by the proper person. Since I had proof of 12 faxes received by them, they simply stopped responding. Best of luck with them

Re: And they don't pay

No, they DON"T pay. I'm getting the same run around as you. My invoice is also over 60 days. They actually told me the check was sent on July 17, 2007 and when it didn't arrive after 10 days, I called again and they put me in voice mail and never called me back. I've contacted the broker and he said he is going to call them.
