I looked at Wild Blue last year and didn't go with them because I couldn't get a question responded to. I use HughesNet directly not through anyone else and it works well. I had some problems intially with a defective modem and had a hard time geting it replaced because the Oriental Indians I had to deal with did not have it in their script to handle a defective item. But once I got someone in the corp office it was taken care of immediately and I've had no down time at al this year.
