  Would love some advice about
E-fax. Which one do you have and do you like it. I have a land line fax I love a lot but I am not happy with the cost of the service. It is 60.00 a month. That would pay for my internet service in my mobile office. I thought I read that someone has a free one. Tks lots, JoAnn

I have used Maxemail for several years now, no problems with it. Maxemail Lite is $24 a year and Maxemail Plus is $84 a year.

  Faxaway.com - $10 for 10 months . . .
I give them $10 upfront on a credit card and they give me a dedicated phone number. I receive any faxes in my email. I use a standard fax machine for outgoing. I don't use fax toner that way. I also have free long distance.

I wasn't getting my money's worth from eFax so I did a search and decided on a free account with FAXDIGITS. No problems after 6 months with them.

Did you have to buy some kind of adaptor (Internet Fax Adaptor)?

No charge, nothing to buy. I use it to receive only, since I send through the computer or with the fax machine I got on sale at Fry's for $19.
