dual signing

this is my first dual signing it seems borrower 1 igned in arizona and my borrower signs this morning in pa. 1st borrowers signatures have been notarized... is there any thing special I need to do for this signing besides just notarize her signatures? please help with any input possible. Thank you

Treat it just as if you were signing just her (as you are).

Pay particular attention to the acknowledgements. Sometimes the documents are not prepared for split signings. Be prepared to attach a seperate acknowledgement if the first notary used the venue area for her/his signing.

If there's an RTC, make sure the second signer has her own document that begins with the date SHE signs.
