new crop of graduates


Have you noticed a new round of newbie graduates out there. Where are they coming from? I picture a "Police Academy" graduation with the graduates throwing up their cap and gowns in the air, ready to go out there and fight crime. Are those graduates ready to do battle with title companies and signing services in now the worst possible environment. We'll see.
After a few months of this, that greeter position down at the Walmart with free health care might not look so bad.

I think they'll get hurt more than usual

Seems like an SS or 2 go belly-up just about every day; then add those to the ones who prey on the newbies who don't know who to avoid. Not a good time to be starting out. Could be a real painful learning experience for them.
