There isn't a list, per se. You might want to ask the company if they pay on time. That should suffice.

"Oh yes of course we pay on time" But its on their time and on their terms and if you don't submit the invoice in original on A9 paper at the full moon on October 2010 delivered by carrier pigeon they reserve the right to deduct $50 dollars from the signing after which you will owe them money since their standard signing is for $40 reagrdless of what they say!

They called me for a closing this morning. I told the very nice gentleman that the last two closings took me over six months to collect, so I would need a signed statement e-mailed to me that they would pay me $25 for each month it takes over 5 weeks to receive payment. He said he would see if they could honour my request.

Needless to say, he didn't call back.

JUlie, I recommend that you check out the companies as

they call. This site has excellent references going back a number of years and if someone has gotten stiffed by a company I am sure that you will find it here by doing a search. Now with the new linking feature along with the company ranking this resource will become even more valuable.
