Provided you have the Title Co info and Borrowers name address and #, call and explain you need to contact the Bank they send their payment to. Also let them know you have not been paid for your services. I sometimes ask them to fax me a copy of the HUD (although I ALWAYS now keep a copy). I have had payment overnighted because of 2-3 months of no payment. I also disclose this on my invoice: after 20 days, there is a $20 fee. Another BAD company... Countrywide direct. If through Service Link you are ok but you will never get paid if just Countrywide calls. Hope this helps!

finally got paid after a report to the BBB.
